Authorized use
Inspired Strokes Sales is provided solely for authorized bookkeeping work performed for Inspired Strokes Publishing. It is not licensed or offered for public use.
User responsibilities
An authorized user is responsible for:
- connecting only a Google account they are permitted to use;
- reviewing the on-screen preview before importing sales;
- maintaining accurate source information in the sales tracker; and
- protecting access to the Mac, Google account, and bookkeeping files.
Google Sheets connection
The application uses read-only Google Sheets access. Google services may be unavailable or may change independently of Inspired Strokes Publishing. An interruption in access does not alter the source tracker or the bookkeeping workbook.
Bookkeeping review
The application assists with recordkeeping but does not replace the publisher’s responsibility to review sales, payments, commissions, taxes, and financial records for accuracy. Any discrepancy should be resolved before an import is completed.
Changes and discontinuation
Inspired Strokes Publishing may update, restrict, or discontinue the application or its Google Sheets connection when needed for security, bookkeeping, or service changes.
